The hotel is very pleasant. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and polite. The food was excellent. The spa and pool are a bit small but clean and comfortable. Excellent service and cleaness. Nice and quite location half way from Bressanone and Brunico. Personnel very professional and friendly. “Almost fully satisfied”
The hotel is starting to show his age a bit, but overall the experience is still very good. The quality of the food was a little less impressive than past experiences. The staff is anyway superb and always ready to accomodate any request.
