“Cosy place and clean spacious room”
We arrived 24/01/19 very late evening. The host -Andrea has welcome us very warmly and gives us directions where we can eat that late. 23:45 and what we can do the next days. Andrea - the host - he is a star! He is so kind and always happy to help! the location is perfect to visit all the attractions and bars/restaurants! Great breakfast! Clean rooms! Absolutely loved this place! Also in a very safe and in a quiet area! Very affordable as well.

“Good stay in central location”
We had a great stay, the rooms were very clean, there's a new bathroom and there was no noise from the street or building. “Great location, friendly host and lovely rooms”
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. It is about 5 minutes walk from the colosseum, with plenty of public transport nearby too. The host, Andrea, was very welcoming and gave us some good local tips about the area.
