“Lovely apartment”
We had a lovely stay in this B&B for our first trip to Rome. The host Fabrizio was very helpful and caring, very flexible as our flight was late so we needed a late check in. “Beautiful Place 10 mins from Vatican and Right in front of the Metro Station”
Its a lovely little apartment with clean rooms, fresh linens and very spacious as well. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean with toiletries. The caretaker was amazing and she took care of all our needs and customized our breakfast as we requested. Very sweet lady

“Excellent apartments”
We stayed at the apartment from 6th to 8th of March. We will be glad to stay here again when come back at Rome. Rooms are clear and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, convenient location (near tram and bus station). Fabrizio, thanks for your warm welcome!

“Wonderfull stay”
We just got back from a wonderful stay in Rome. Fabricio and his staff are very nice and helpful! The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. “Noisy but cosy”
Its a crowded part of Rome which is noisy by motorbikes and big trucks. Its cosy and comfortable with not a bad location with about 10min walk to the station. The room did not had too many sockets and was a little small.
