“Silent and close to city center”

Indeed not a real 4-star hotel, but our "Classic suite" was big and we like the excellent aircondition which was a great help at these hot days. Negative were the view outside of the room into a burned down old roof....Breakfast surprising positive, if you are there at time. Once we came 40minutes before ending and a lot of food were not available anymore. Reception people were friendly and efficient. Parking is only to use for small cars. Yet, the is a bigger parking slot "Piazza Carlucci" very close to the hotel; I like the mail information in advance. Excellent location to walk around the town. A little bit more than average but also not "very good" - good would be the right review. Silent place that was the most positive because no full street!

“Good, clean, centrally located hotel”

Good, comfortable, clean hotel, which is centrally located and close to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast is quite varied too. We only stayed for 1 night, though would definitely consider staying there again.Staff and kind and helpful.

Very nice people, and a pleasant hotel. There was adequate hot water and water pressure, good towels, and a plug at the head of the bed. The room was clean, there were crisp white sheets and a white bedspread (I like being able to see if there are stains, etc). Breakfast was ok, with prosciutto… more

Very nice people, and a pleasant hotel. There was adequate hot water and water pressure, good towels, and a plug at the head of the bed. The room was clean, there were crisp white sheets and a white bedspread (I like being able to see if there are stains, etc). Breakfast was ok, with prosciutto, cheese, croissants. The coffee was good, and you could order a cappuccino. Wifi was good. It is an easy walk to the shopping and historical districts. The room was quiet, although there was some noise from people under my window even when I returned from the concert around 0200. (yes, even in the winter, I sleep with the window open) I was there for a concert, and it had been raining heavily the day of the concert. When I awoke in the morning, I checked outside to see if it was still raining. It was snowing...and there was thunder and lightening. It was such a surprise, and continued all morning. Although the hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station, they kindly offered to take us without charge.

“4 stars ???”

Good hotel with clean and good room. Good place close to the city center and the station. Good staff with smile and good welcome. The breakfast is little bit small. I think 4 stars is too much. It's a good 3 stars.

The location of the hotel is very good being close to the city center. Public parking is very close to what is an advantage, the hotel parking is hardly accessible (even the best driver is tested here). The location of the hotel is very good being close to the city center. Public parking is very close to what is an advantage, the hotel parking is hardly accessible (even the best driver is tested here). The rooms are small, outdated, the cleanliness leaves it desirable although it is clean but not paying attention to details. Every morning we move our luggage through the room. The staff at the reception are very kind. Breakfast was good, high quality sausages and cheeses, but we do not had too many choices. I do not think we'll come back.
