“A hidden gem.”
I was very lucky to find this hotel on the internet for an overnight stop while on a road trip. Excellent property. Ease of booking direct with the hotel. Secure parking. Friendly and courteous staff. Smooth check in. Room well furnished. However, air conditioning/heating control was not effect… more

“Plenty of bang for your buck!”
What a gem this hotel is! Situated in a beautiful part of Italy, easy to park with the free safe underground parking. The receptionists made the experience. They were all absolute diamonds especially Beatrix, we spoke very little Italian but she went out of her way to help us with whatever we neede… more

“Comfortable spot”
Stop over for one night during a bike tour of the Langhe. It is convenient, clean and comfortable. A bit outside the city centre to just walk there. They were very kind and provided suitable accommodation for our bikes.

This hotel reminded me of the type of hotel you get on a package holiday not a city hotel. No fundamental problem there though.
