I was at the beginning of January. Good atmosphere, with socializing spaces in the reception area. Good location for the ski season: spacious rooms with storage spaces for ski suits and for access to the ski bus you have to go approx. 20m. Covered parking. The spa area is a bit small for the capacity of the hotel and is close to the pool. Very good staff and services.

Stayed in this hotel for a week during the winter season in order to do some skiing in the neighbourhood; took half board. All in all a good hotel, with some small improvements possible. Pros: - very friendly and professional staff - quiet, clean rooms - electronic lockers in the basement to store ski equipment, including heated pipes for your shoes - free WiFi - extremely large skiable area with the Superdolomiti skipass. Cons: - despite being extremely friendly and helpful, the staff's knowledge of English (or any language other than Italian for that matter) was rather poor - WiFi was only working half of the time, and not always at full speed, so probably too little taken into account for the amount of people residing in the hotel wanting to use it - some room furniture looks rather outdated (phone on the room is from the 1950's, there's still a bidet in the bathroom, and we had no dark curtains, only a hatch, OUTside to darken the room at night) - blankets on the beds are rather short. Was still (just) okay for me, but taller people may experience discomfort. - location: there are a few shops nearby, but in order to get to the (closest) ski lift, you either have to take the ski bus (about 1,5 or 2km, but then you're still standing in line for half an hour), or go up the mountain by car/bus, which takes at least 20-25 minutes. There are many ski domains nearby, but almost all of them require you to transfer between them by bus. We did not use the swimming pool or games area.

We stayed here during our ski vacation for one week. Great location, ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, two stops away from the Belvedere lift, where the fantastic skiing experience begins. We stayed here during our ski vacation for one week. Great location, ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, two stops away from the Belvedere lift, where the fantastic skiing experience begins. Very clean rooms, friendly and cozy atmosphere in the hotel and in Canazei, typical Alpine style. A lot of entertainment in the hotel: swimming pool, sauna, both very clean; bowling and billiard, also free WiFi in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner with all kinds of Italian pasta, meals and nice, delicious desserts. Thank you and looking forward to be back in the Dolomiti soon! :)
