The place is great and a good price. The rooms are very nice with a heat pump to set the room to any temperature you want. The owners speak limited English but the general message is easily conveyed. “Don’t let the bad reviews fool you”
I was quit worried after reading the reviews to stay here but it’s a 5 minute walk from the train station in a quieter part of Florence.
