“Perfect location to explore and enjoy Lucca”
First it was great to be able to park in the secure courtyard. A 10/10 bonus as parking in Lucca is usually a problem. “The staff was not very helpful”
We stayed one night. The we were let into our rooms which were on 2 different floors (which was lucky). The kids were on the lower floor and the first tried to shower and said the water was cold, we approached the staff, he played around with some thing in the water heater and said it was a bit low… more
