“Nice location”
The hotel is very well located near city center. There parking in front (paid) and 5-10 min walking (freeif you get an authorization from the hotel). The room was spacious and nice. bathroom had a bad smell and had no air entrance. staff was nice but they are not in the loby all the time.

“Quiet country house stay”
Montalcino is one of the most picturesque countryside cities in Tuscany and the Rifugio was a perfect place to stay. “good location, breakfast too far away”
a lovely location, but the restaurant for breakfast is too far away and make sure you get an up to date phone to ring if there is a problem, as there are no staff on duty at the B & B and the phone numbers on the business card are out of date!
