“A must see!”
A well-equipped and charming Tuscan B&B in a prime location in the hills near the city of Lucca, with a friendly and hospitable owner who will makes you smile. It is on our list again this year!

“Tuscan charm and hospitality”
We had a great experience at San Gennaro Castello! It is a clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location, for a great price. Dario and Marie are extremely knowledgeable about the area and were very helpful with suggestions about what to do. We can’t wait to come back!

“Great Tuscan atmosphere and good service”
We stayed here 6 nights and liked the hotel so much. It is located in the very small and calm village San Gennaro high up in the mountains. Although there is a bus station near to the house it is better to come there by car. The landscape around with all the Olive and Pine trees is so typical for t… more

“Perfect spot”
We stayed here last weekend as we were visiting friends nearby. Marie and Dario were very welcoming, lovely spacious room and bathroom and a nice light breakfast. It is in a lovely town and not far from Florence or Pisa. Highly recommended!
