When you read reviews of this property you don't realy know what to think. But I liked the photos and decided to book a night and relax here on our 16 days trip around Italy. “Tuscany Grandezza - quiet stay in style”
Grand Budapest hotel experience in Tuscany. Palazzo near Castellina in Chianti, with a huge park and well kept grounds. Nice rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and were the only ones there,a bit surreal. Well located but quiet, good breakfast and friendly but discrete service. Amazing experience.

“highly recommend!”
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Casalecchi, and would highly recommend! The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are superb at hospitality! Pasta classes are available. You are able to walk to town.

“Old Villa in beautiful surrounding”
It is a villa in beautiful surroundings with a wonderful pool. I would not call it a hotel, because it has no real service. There is no restaurant and you have to drive far to find one. You only get breakfast there and some drinks. The owner is not very friendly and therefore you don’t feel welcome… more
