“Very good”
The house contains several different Appartments. It is very clean and the owner is very friendly landlord. There is huge garden with pool to relax and even an outdoor kitchen for a BBQ.

“Perfect”
Everything was perfect. The apartment, the property and all the kindness from Gianni who made us feel very welcome. “Great stay!”
We spent a full weekend relaxing here. Our stay at Cerqua rosara was wonderful. Gianni was extremely helpful and the Villa and its surrounding is amazing! Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee with the view from the balcony was stunning. Highly recommend 😊

“Two family”
Great location great price and gianni is ace. Lovely spot for the family to chill. We had a great balcony over looking the pool. Close to amenities, but you will need a car. Loads of grounds to play and wander
