“Wonderful experience”
Wonderful experience. Rep was helpful, easy to communicate. Relaxing. There are no air conditioning but the rep lend us the fan, and it was ok and has a nice breeze.

Only met Gianna briefly but she seemed very kind. The apartment was very clean and well organized. I was especially pleased with an adjustable thermostat to control the heat. “Pretty cool time staying in a castle in the hills of Italy”
Our apartment was cozy and nice. Well ventilated for the early summer heat and our host, Gianna, was quite nice helping us move in for the week. It has all you need to support yourself and family for the week. Lots of room to move around and get outdoors.

“Passable, but nothing to write home about.”
Heat didn’t work at all the first night and bed only had a sheet and thin bedspread on it. Subsequent nights we had some heat, but it didn’t get to the temp set on the thermostat. Furnishings were outdated. Otherwise, the apt had what we needed.
