The room where grapes were treaded is now a dining room where you can enjoy simple, traditional cooking with homemade pasta and splendid legume and grain soups. The wine is the magnificent Montefalco Rosso or Sagrantino DOCG. Also known as the Winter Garden, it represents a vineyard with houses and birds and has a fabulous veranda on the Italian garden.

“A fabulous place to stay!”
A fabulous place to stay! A very pretty hotel inside and out. We had a lovely, spacious room with a very nice bathroom.The breakfasts were scrumptious, with lots of variety. “What a gem!”
The park like setting is stunning. Be sure to book a room overlooking the pool and gardens. Service at both the front desk and breakfast/lunch room couldn’t be more gentile and thoughtful.
