I wonder if all the hotels in such areas as Riccione or up around Eraclea try to cheat tourists by giving them a different room than the one they booked. I got bad experience in both places. Here at this hotel, I got a room with a view of nothing, a tin roof maybe 5 square meters big with no view (see the picture) at all although I booked a room with a view of the city as there was no sea nearby. How far to the sea it was to go I don't know as I didn't try it. I went to the reception to appeal so I had to change rooms with view over town. It was one room for a family, 1 double bed and a bunk bed, but not a smaller room for 1-2 people only. The bathroom was OK, but the toilet seat and bidet were too close to each other so you had to squeeze in a bit. If a person was a little thicker, it would be a problem for him. However, the bed was good and comfortable. Wifi, on the other hand, worked very poorly and you only got a connection on your mobile phone, not on the iPad or the computer, completely impossible. The breakfast was only Edam cheese and ham, eggs and yogurt were there but that was all. Apart from loads of cakes etc. I was going to stay there for two nights and decided to leave the hotel the day after because it was not what I thought it would be. In addition, there were not many restaurants, one was around the corner, certainly big, but so many people and others had to stand and wait until it became free, so it was not nice. Opposite there was a smaller restaurant and it was full too. Maybe there were a few more a little further away, but I couldn't bear to go and look for them, so I got take away food and ate it in the room instead. I didn't have a refund room but tried to get a refund for the second night but I didn't get it. I left the hotel anyway and found another hotel instead.
