“Best night’s sleep!”
Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, good food and the best night sleep since arriving in Japan! Location is great and a short walk to see the drift ice. Highly recommended

“Beautiful hotel with excellent onsen and breakfast/ dinner buffet”
Couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Clean modern spacious Japanese style rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Rooftop Onsen was clean and modern. We had the whole Onsen to ourselves especially if you go early. Good views of ocean or mountains from the 3rd floor and up.

“Pleasant ryokan conveniently located in a small port”
We flew into Memanbetsu Airport & took the Airport Express bus with its terminus at the Utoro bus station. “great, convenient stop to be in”
Decent view of the harbour from the restaurant which served Japanese cuisine buffet, part of the Hokkaido experience. Was pleasantly surprised by the room as it had a lot of space to walk about, despite keeping our luggage open. And lovely amenities. There was a bath available too, to soak in :)
