“one of a kind”
we loved our japanese style room, very spacious and great view, and we enjoyed the massage chair very much. both dinners served in the room and in the restaurant were memorable. Miss Singh was very friendly and attentive. And thanks to the manager who made other dinner reservation for us.

“Memorable stay”
We came here for two nights and had a very memorable stay. We were picked up at the rail station. The arrival at the hotel was also very friendly and welcoming. “Like a heaven...”
My room had a private open-air onsen and it gave me such a pleasant time! The view to the great lake is so relaxing... The price doesn’t allow me to enjoy this many times so I enjoyed the bath repeatedly :D Food is average for me but it was plenty of eye-pleasant local cuisine.

“Peaceful and Great Food”
We were there for two nights, five friends sharing two rooms. Most of the staff do not speak English but it doesn't matter honestly. When we checked-in, we were given travel advice, and the staff also confirmed with us our need for shuttle service every night in advance. The meals definitely yummy.… more

“Nice & cosy hot spring hotel”
Very nice hot spring hotel with lovely view of Lake Biwa from all rooms & one can enjoy in-room hot spring while indulging in the lake view. Very neat & tidy interior. Good services. High food quality.
