“Great hotel in a prime location.”
Nice hotel. Enjoyed the onsen. Great location to plenty of shops, restaurants, and train station. We did a day trip to Miyajima, which was a definite highlight to our travels.

“Comfortable and convenient to the station and restaurants”

“I’m not impressed…”
Not very impressed. I feel like I got catfished by the pictures on Kayak. The lobby was beautiful. My actual room was basic, simple, and lackluster. The room was also small. The bed is very firm and I noticed a small stain on my sheets. They don’t speak English well nor do they use Google Translate… more
