“Memorable…had to edit review to Big 4”
All the staff were friendly, very accommodating and always willing to help. We were greeted with joyful faces after every game drive, which was a wonderful feeling. “Perfect base for safari!”
Perfect location and wonderful accommodations. Staff was lovely and caring too. And, the safari guides were outstanding-super knowledgeable, fun to spend time with and knew all the right angles for photos too. Highly recommend and hope to return some day with my family.

“Amazing Stay at Sand River!”
We had an incredible stay at Sand River. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and proactive. Our sapphire driver, Charles, was very knowledgeable and made great effort to show us as many animals as possible. The food and drinks were delicious. The accommodations were beautiful.

“The best safari ever!”
We just stayed at the Elewana Sand River for a full week for our 30th Anniversary. Their location is very private. The service was amazing! Our driver, Joel was the best!
