The location is perfect, right across the street from my favorite Diner "11th St Diner"... I eat there everyone is come to Miami and I always see this beautiful hotel everyone i come and i finally stayed there this time. Was it worth it? Honestly no. Firstly the don't have a working elevator and they have 4 floors. So if you are mobility challenged this is not the hotel for you. The staff is great. The rooms are bare, I mean it's like staying in a closet. If I was staying a week I would not be comfortable, since I only stayed the night it was feasible. What really surprised me was, there are no phones in the rooms. My homegirl was like, they only have one rag and towel, so of course you say call downstairs and let them no. NOPE you have to go downstairs or if you have a cell phone call the front desk and hope they pick up; which they did not. We were on the 3rd floor so it was like who's walking downstairs after a long flight and you just wanna rest. But that's not my big issue with no phone. My biggest issue is for older people not Evelyn in the world has a cell phone. So if you're an older person without one and you stay here and there's an emergency you are in trouble. Or if your someone who's been traveling and your phone dies or your phone is just dead and you just haven't plugged it up and have an emergency your in trouble. Anyway beautiful outside nice pool but for the price probably wouldn't stay again.

Pleasant, if a little worn in places, accommodations in perfect location, with friendly and helpful staff. Extremely pricey café on site, and with very few options. Pleasant, if a little worn in places, accommodations in perfect location, with friendly and helpful staff. Extremely pricey café on site, and with very few options. My room itself was comfortable enough, and well equipped, but the issue for me was that housekeeping never turned up until after 4pm, by which time I had been out and about sightseeing etc. and was in bed for a snooze before getting ready to go out for dinner. Consequently my room was not serviced at all during my stay. The hotel has so much potential but could do with sprucing up.
