Stayed in a Club Room and truly enjoyed all the services! The breakfast was delicious, and the laundry service was very convenient. Since I had a late-night flight, I really appreciated the late checkout until 4 PM, which made my stay much more comfortable. I was also very touched and grateful that the hotel prepared a thoughtful gift for me. The facilities were great, the hospitality was amazing, and the location was super convenient with direct access to Lotte Mall. Everything was perfect 👌 I would definitely stay at this hotel again!❤️

We had the pleasure of staying at L7 By LOTTE West Lake Hanoi twice during our recent trip—first from April 6th to the 8th, and returning again from April 15th to the 17th. Having experienced the hotel twice in one month, we can confidently say it is our favorite home away from home in Hanoi. ​The absolute highlight of both visits was the Club Lounge. While the atmosphere is beautiful, the service is what truly makes it world-class. We want to give a special shout out to Steven, Zack & Johnny in the lounge; their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were incredible. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured every moment of our stay was seamless. ​A huge thank you to the full team for such wonderful hospitality. You have definitely become our go-to choice, and we will certainly be back whenever we visit Hanoi!

“Best experience during honeymoon trip”

From room condition to concierge service, everything explains how 5stars hotel should be, and how L5 could get the stars hotel. Club lounge staffs are kind very much. Our honeymoon was greeted so well and hope we can come back as soon as we can. Thank you and recommend to anyone visits the Vietnam.

Pros: • The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, especially Duy, who went above and beyond by helping us purchase medicine for our child. Other team members were also warm, professional, and eager to assist. Service quality was good. • In-room dining service was prompt and efficient. The food arrived hot, beautifully presented, and the staff delivering it were courteous and professional. • Additional housekeeping requests outside regular hours were handled quickly, thoroughly, and with great professionalism. • The room was elegant and pleasantly scented. Bedding was spotless and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and moisturizing lotion provided were all high-end products and very enjoyable to use. • The hotel offers a dedicated play area for children, and the swimming pool was clean, free from any strong chlorine smell, and gentle on the eyes. Cons: • The Superior Double room layout could be improved: • The sink is located outside the bathroom area, which can leave the floor near the entrance wet after use. • The bathtub does not include a shower attachment, which may be inconvenient for some guests. • There is no wall clock; only a small bedside clock, which is not very easy to see from across the room. • There was no in-room guide introducing hotel services or explaining how to use room facilities. The TV dining menu did not include food photos for preview, and there was no option to select portion quantities when ordering. • The in-room slippers were slippery and could be safer. • Swimming pool: • The pool is slightly small. • The water temperature was quite cold, making it less comfortable for swimming, even in summer, especially since the rooftop location can be windy. It would be better if heated water were provided for all pools rather than only the smallest children’s pool. • There was no clock near the pool area, which made it inconvenient to keep track of time while swimming. Overall: Although there are a few areas that could be improved, we were very satisfied with our stay and found the hotel comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable overall.
