We spent five nights at the Pullman Riga Old Town during our first trip to Latvia, and it turned out to be the perfect base for discovering the city. The hotel sits right on the edge of the UNESCO‑listed Old Town, so we could walk everywhere—museums, restaurants, and all the main sights. The building’s old exterior hides a modern, stylish interior that feels recently refreshed. The staff were lovely—young, friendly, and always happy to help. Check‑in was quick, and our room had a great view over the park and square. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings, which was well staffed, and the breakfasts were excellent, with some interesting Latvian options freshly prepared each morning. After long days exploring snowy Riga, the swimming pool and sauna were a real treat. Our room itself was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and had a window that opened, which we always appreciate. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Me and my wife arrived at the Pullman Riga in February, it was an great trip and the hotel was perfectly located. The hotel desk staff were great and apologies I cannot remember the name of the guy who checked us in but he was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and new and anything we needed the house keeping staff/room service staff were very quick in getting it to us so again cannot fault the service. Breakfast was the only thing I can say let our stay down we felt the staff there were not attentive enough to take orders and things were a bit of a mess which took forever to get our orders. There was no signs to say that you could order from the à la carte menu so most people were helping themselves to the buffet. I only asked if we could order from the menu and if it was included and the staff member confirmed it was. The portions are ultra small so don’t be alarmed when you get your order they are not very big. Food was nothing to write home about it was ok at the most, it could do with some improvement with the service and food choices. Apart from the breakfast the stay here was very pleasant and would be my go to if I didn’t stay at the Kempinski. We went when there was snowfall so the hotel room floor was always dirty from our boots etc so be mindful if going in winter the floor doesn’t stay clean for long.

Amazingly clean hotel , air con in rooms is way too hot at 25. There are controls in room but you cannot turn temperature down, it is set by hotel at winter time. Don't buy breakfast here it was awful, food is barely warm , croissants were burnt every morning of our three night stay. Mini bar prices are crazy €7.5 for a small bottle of coke. There is a Rimi store only 5 minutes away , small bottle of coke there is €1.5.
