“Great Hotel”
First time here. The central location made us nervous as location usually overrides quality. However as I had upgraded to a king room we were pleasantly surprised. Lovely, clean and airy. Fantastic location right next to Kensington gardens and easy to get around London even with the tube strikes.

“Great hotel near the Kensington gardens”
We had a great stay at the hotel and they were very welcoming. We could buy lunch salad in the Shell shop nearby. I especially appreciated the location near Kensington garden.

We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room upon check-in.
