“Loved Staying at Zara’s!”
We just spent 5 days in Kota Kinabalu. We were lucky enough to stay at Zara’s Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was a great location - close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Given the price, it is affordable with good space given. Although we didn't managed to wake up in time for the free breakfast, but just the thought that breakfast provided was worth it with the price paid. The toilets are huge too. So its a plus. “Spacious clean room & friendly staff”
We stayed for 1 night in a deluxe suite room 204 and room was clean & spacious. The huge bathroom was a suprise. Two 24hrs convenient store & plenty of restaurant nearby. “Clean room but TV channels poor signal and minimal selection”
Stay here for 2 nights. Room is spacious and clean. However TV channel selection is limited and very poor signal.
