“Safe, friendly and clean”
Clean rooms, lots of blankets. Big bathroom and shower. Housekeeping was amazing, they noticed we put some of our blankets away because we were too hot, and they made sure to not put them on again for us, which we appreciated. They always replaced the towels and bathroom mat. Check in was very easy… more

“Regional Convention”
The hotel is immaculate. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in our room with the lock. The maintenance staff came promptly and cared for the problem with a nice disposition. “Friendly staff, clean rooms, good laundry service, free wifi”
This hotel is situated in the center of downtown Texcoco, making all the amenities a short walk. The rooms are clean and tidy, wifi is working well, laundry service is good snd staff is friendly. Will come back

“2 nights visiting local area”
We stayed with our bus group at this hotel. A little older hotel as most are in Mexico. Wonderful hotel for a good price. Rooms are smaller but immaculate clean. Grounds are pretty and manicured. It is a very cute hotel, the staff is very nice and they're very clean. Wi-fi is available yet not reliable but it is in the heart of Texcoco so you can walk to many places and as well find a taxi or order an uber.
