“A Nice American Chain Hotel”
The hotel is situated in an out of the way location which is far from any tourist attraction. Still the hotel is a great business class hotel with nice rooms, well appointed bathrooms, and a decent restaurant. The rooms were clean and the lobby was spacious. “The best option in the capital city of Guerrero ”

“Not too green!”
My room was great, and the staff was great. The first problem was finding the hotel using my phone maps--we were sent to a remote neighborhood--and Chilpancingo is not a safe place to wander around.
