“The staff are very welcoming and professional”
Celia gave an excellent welcome check in service and felt a warm welcome to my first time in Merida. The aroma used at the reception lobby welcomes you into a peaceful atmosphere. The location is very convenient with easy access to Montejo, downtown and other tourist areas.

“Nice hotel in central location”
We stayed here on our honeymoon for one night. It is 10 minutes walk to the main areas and you also have access to pool, bar and restaurant of their sister hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made our stay special.

“Perfect spot.”
The room was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. The location was amazing the half way point between the main plaza and the Montejo street. The restaurants are close by and so many options. I would not expect a huge breakfast, yet if you are planning on eating out, then this is perfect.

“A nice property left with a bad taste”
A good option but they charge you for everything, we asked for a late check out and they said we could stay and then at the check out they charged us, also because of a famine hygiene issue the towels were used and they charged us using the towels.
