The hotel is well outside the city which adds to the peaceful nature of the entire place. There is no elevator so walking up the steps with our luggage was kind of interesting (there are rooms with no steps). The pros of this place are 1) the food is an experience to remember. It is delicious, and unique. The Moroccan tea, the tangine beef, the chicken burger...they even made spaghetti taste great. 2) the swimming pool is awesome; 3) the rooms are really big. We had a great time and cooked to order breakfast which was included was really nice. The only con that I have for this place is that it is really far away (a 200 dirham ride each way to the town). I hope they get a more affordable taxi service (or subsidize the ride to $10 each way) into town. Then it becomes perfection for me.

I was expecting this place to be nice but it was much so better!! The inside of the building looked cozy and clean and also the room we stayed in two different rooms during our stay) were big, beautiful and super clean. The pool was surrounded by a lovely green garden with trees and flowers. Kitchen was open all day and food could be served either in their inside dining area or outside by the pool, the menu had many options and everything was delicious! The reception and service staff are the most amazing people, super nice and friendly but also extremely professional and skilled at their job! We also enjoyed some excellent and beautiful cocktails that were garnished with flowers freshly picked from their garden and also tried the traditional shisha, all served while we were soaking in the shallow part of the pool. These guys are so great and made us feel genuinely welcomed, safe and truly spoiled. I cannot thank them enough for it, this place for me has just become a holiday destination itself.

This is not a reflection of the staff as they were very nice and helpful. I will explain why the 3. The hotel is beautiful. The first night we had diner which was really nice , the beef tangine was to die for, but there was no music and only one staff working. So we had to wait a bit for the diner. And you felt like you had to whisper as the couple (only one couple) could hear everything you saying. The room was big and beautiful. In the bathroom though, there was a window with no curtain which made you a bit self concious as anybody could see in. The real disappointment was the spa, we booked this specific hotel because of it, to be told they have closed it down and we could have hammam massage but in the city. We decided to leave a day early and checked into a Riad.
