We had an amazing honeymoon. The lodge and view are amazing. Good food. All very fresh. And the staff are simply lovely. Such lovely people. The service is truly world class. One of my all time favourite lodges. A true hidden gem - well worth the effort

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Azulik Lodge and the newly completed Villa for my birthday. We booked both lodges for exclusive use with our friends and everyone raved about the rooms and location on the elevated cliffs. Every room had amazing views. There was plenty of lounge space and we dined in a different location every evening. Ventura and his team organised a fantastic deserted island excursion for the day where we saw flamingos and got to enjoy another of the lodges delicious lunches. The chef was excellent … we had the best (and largest) prawns we have ever tasted. Food was delicious. We took a boat transfer to the island which was seamless and then a scenic helicopter trip back from the lodge . Angeline helped us organise our stay and all the transfers quickly and expertly. All the staff at the lodge were excellent and made for an all round fantastic holiday . The new villa is a super addition to an already awesome lodge . We will definitely be back ! Thank You

We had the most incredible 11 nights at Azulik with a multi generational family group of 8 people from 80 years old to 13. The team of wonderful people who run the private lodge are incredible - wonderful hospitality that is warm, friendly and authentic. Nothing is ever too much for the team, yet they always give you as a guest plenty of space and privacy. Azulik may have one of the best views of the ocean I have ever experienced in my life. To watch the boats navigate the tides and the birdlife and endless blue skies was from an elevated view truly special. The lodge itself is perfectly designed and decorated for the environment - open, fresh and comfortable with lots of nooks to enjoy on your own with a good book. The food was perfect with lots of seafood and special locations. Snorkeling at 2 mile reef is top notch as is the picnic lunch afterward on a nearby private island with crystal blue waters to play in. The Sanctuary area is natural and well-managed staying true to Mozambique with a low key, non commercial and natural feel. We will most certainly be back. And just a special thank you to Venture, the manager of the lodge, who looked after us and orchestrated our entire stay so beautifully.

We enjoyed 10 days perched on the cliff of breathtaking Azulik lodge as a family, whilst enjoying a fantastic level of service, from booking to departure. The lodge overlooks the ebbing Indian Ocean, offering permanent amazing views shaped by the tides and the sun. The team is top notch, from arranging special requests ahead of our stay, to making very moment a pleasure without us ever lifting a finger. Rooms are simple but well appointed and always squeaky clean. The chef pampered us for every meal, be it on location or during our outings to the neighbouring islands. A big thanks to the entire staff for providing a service comparable to any 5 star hotel !
