“Nice and value for money!”
I stayed there for 2 nights with my friends. We took 1 Double and Triple room and the rooms rates are very reasonable. The hotel location is near to center of the downtown area. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The breakfast is delicious too. The staffs are friendly.

“Very nice and lovely room...^^”
The Hotel 78 is very excellent hotel at Mandalay. Location is near Mahar Myat Muni Buddha Temple, staffs are very friendly and they are very helpful, I think excellence service. Breakfast are very good.

I stayed there on May 20,2015.It was nice and peaceful there.Check in time was ok,most staff were friendly and helpful.My corner room 201 was enough space and clean,but without bath tub.Hotel location situated near main junction,so a little bit noisy for day time.Bed,bed sheet,pillow cases,towels … more

It's quite close to downtown, and there is a supermarket in walking distance. The room has enough space and bathroom is okay.
