“Good large rooms, reasonable price”
This is located in the hotel zone of Nay Pyi Taw, and has a lot of conferences and events going on all the time; so there tends to be lot of rush at the lobby and the restaurants. “Facilities”
Food is just average and so is the room. What a crap of Wi-Fi connection. Pool is great but songs are too dumb. A little bit pricey. Though I hanged DND status, the room cleaner knocked and asked him if they could get in.

“Improvements”
Clearly the hotel is now in a much better shape than at the time of my last visit. The rooms are better taken care of. Staff are extremely friendly. Food is a bit of a problem when you compete with the orders of large groups that have workshops in the hotel.
