“Lovely Stay for the Garden Festival”
A very comfortable stay on a beautiful property. We stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms in the main house. The room was warm and cozy with lovely furnishings. Linda prepared a nice breakfast in the dining room each day. She gave us lots of suggestions for local attractions, gardens to visit … more

“Fantastic Accommodation & food”
Excellent accommodation, fabulous dinner and breakfast and super host Linda. Recommend for a bigger group. Lovely relaxing surroundings. Worth a visit. Cottage has kitchen so can self cater if need be. A spa at cottage for a relaxing end to day

“A Slice of Heaven ”
Beautiful Victorian lodge with 5 star service. Food, gardens and ambience unbeatable. Host Linda charming and nothing's too much trouble. 5 minutes drive from Tawhiti Whalers Museum. Not to be missed if you are visiting NZ.

“Conveniently-Located gem just off the highway. ”
This venue hosted our group of 45 with great efficiency and professionalism. The lunch was followed by a free garden tour which had our tourists enraptured. Definitely a gem, just outside Hawera so a good stopping off point before the one-hour drive to New Plymouth or Whanganui. Definitely recommen… more

“Wonderful Place to Stay”
This B&B deserves 5 stars for the house, garden and hospitality. We were served tea on arrival and a fabulous continental breakfast in the morning. Linda had prepared a list of dining options in Hawera which was very helpful. We would stay there again the next time we are in the area.
