“A great spot with clean and very adequate facilities. Easy parking. Friendly service. Lovely views. Nice surroundings.”

“Large room great facilies”
Large room with free wifi sky sports channels and trackside tv microwave so can bring own food from supermarket spa bath and next to station with train to wellington or north.....lift to second floor and rooms cleaned daily

“Convenient location and great service”
We were leaving Paekakariki stattion at 6am on a scenic train ride so this place was so convenient, being right next door to the train station. “Good food, terrible service”
Food and drink were nice, but the service was terrible. Locals were all served before us at the bar, as tourists we were ignored. Waited 20 minutes on a desert menu before giving up. The restaurant wasn’t even busy; only 1/4 of tables were full.
