“Great little place to hang out for a few days.”
We chose to stay in Snells Beach because of its proximity to Sandspit and we’d booked a boat trip from there to Kawau Island. We were pleased with our choice. “Good Feel Suites”
Well appointed, very spacious, good feel suites. Ocean views from the upper floor ones. Good lighting incl. bedside reading lamps. Nice shower. Lovely if smallish pool. Excellent price value. Good for everything in Mahurangi. We'll be back!

“Fabulous motel”
This is such a great motel with lovely owners. Rooms are a large, beds are comfy, pool is warm, and the Salty Dog Pub across the road has such great food. The owners let us sneak into an empty room to enjoy the spa bath, which was so kind.
