“Bright and comfortable ryokan”
We entered Okada Ryokan on July 15 2019 around 3pm. This property is about 3-4 min walk from Hirayu bus station. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, which we truly appreciate. “Great Spa Resort”
Was worried to read just one review. But once I googled and you would get a totally different perspective of this resort. First the front view of the hotel is very grand. “Old hotel and they dont have 24hr front desk .”
Do note that they "close" shop at 9/10pm and they will place your room key on the counter if you are checking in late. Stayed there as it is near to the bus station to Kamikochi . I will recommend find other hotel nearby. Its one of those forgettable hotel and not worth the money paid.
