“Excellent”
Very nice hotel with friendly personnel, large rooms, roomy bathroom, all in a colonial atmosphere and in the morning we were greeted by a well-equipped breakfast. All near the heart of the city. We only stayed one night but can highly recommend this hotel.

“Very good choice to go with family”
Safe, clean, nice, close to downtown, good breakfast, big rooms, great architecture (based on ancient spanish houses) Collaborators are always ready to help and happy to answer any question regarding tourism, history, where to eat, where to go. Good choice if going with family.

“Absolutely wonderful time”
Lovely hotel: helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds with lovely pillows. Absolutely beautiful court yard.

“Wonderful”
Excellent place to stay. Beautiful hotel. Located close to the main square. Nice decoration. Good service from the staff. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you visit the nice, clean and quite city of Chachapoyas.
