We stayed in summer 2019: a family of four. First: the hotel has AC which is becoming increasingly important when traveling during European summers. The breakfast room was lovely and the options were plentiful -- about what you would expect in this price range. There was good parking. The room was spacious and nice too... some of the bathroom tile work/cleanliness was poor, but otherwise it was okay. We would return to this hotel!

“Great, clean and modern place, slightly lacking on a service level”

Stayed in Focus just for two nights. The hotel is clean, modern and fairly new. The rooms are not bad, however the one we stayed in was slightly small and claustrophobic. Stayed in Focus just for two nights. The hotel is clean, modern and fairly new. The rooms are not bad, however the one we stayed in was slightly small and claustrophobic. We were not able to change as the hotel was fully booked with a group arriving the night after. On the second night we wanted to grab a drink and dinner but were told the restaurant was full due to teh group donner booking. At the time when we arrived there were only two tables taken. The staff is quite dismissive and arrogant. When we asked for a table we were simply told "No, we are fully booked", no sorry, no suggestion to sit by the bar etc. The receprtion staff were great, very helpful and pleasent, but the restaurant and bar needs to be improved.

“Disappointing for a 4 star hoel”

Modern hotel on the edge of the city centre. Was a little disappointed the the room size, as although I purchased a 'Single room' (which in many cases is a double with a single occupancy discount) this was quite small and more like a budget hotel room in layout and facilities. Modern hotel on the edge of the city centre. Was a little disappointed the the room size, as although I purchased a 'Single room' (which in many cases is a double with a single occupancy discount) this was quite small and more like a budget hotel room in layout and facilities. Internet was a bit slow and intermittent. Some of the electrical sockets and the reading light did not appear to work. Place is OK for a night or two but would look for other options if I come back to the town.

I spent here almost one week because of business trip. The restaurant is really nice. The dishes are tasty and the choice is good. The service is also good but I met some waitress who didn't speak in eglish well and they served the wrong food for dinner once. The walls are thin and I heard my neaighboards very well. The heating was not efficient enough in my room. I slept under 2 blakets - ok, I didn't call the reception because of this. There wasn't shower gel in the cabinet only at the handwashing. I tried wheter they will replenish it during my stay. Nothing happened. All in all, the restaurant was nice but the rooms could be better.
