Located just outside Old Town's city walls, this hotel is in a great location whether passing through Krakow or visiting. Nice lobby reception and waiting area and it's located on a relatively quiet street compared to the crazy tourist crowds inside the Old Town walls. Easy to walk to Old Town in a very short amount of time. One note on the street, there are trams/buses that run by at all hours, so if you have a room facing the street and are light sleeper then that could affect you. Had a room facing the street, but slept through it without issue. Staff was very kind and professional. Room was cozy and clean. There's also luggage storage if you have a later flight and/or want to go about town while waiting. Restaurant on site as well. Internet was fast and reliable. Lift available or stairs to get to room. Had a nice stay for short business trip. No problems experienced walking or getting a taxi from here. You're close to everything, but don't have to fight through crowds to get to your hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Krakow. The location is perfect—right opposite Planty Park and just a short walk to the Old Town, train station, and Jewish Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city. The hotel also has a lovely, sheltered outdoor patio area where we enjoyed drinks, even though the weather was very cold during our visit. Our room (419) was amazing—spacious, light, and bright, with a great view of the church opposite and no tram noise at all. The bed was very comfortable, and the room felt really peaceful. Although we didn’t book bed and breakfast, we did try it one morning and were impressed by the good choice available, and it wasn’t busy at all. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and one member of staff in particular went above and beyond to resolve a room allocation issue quickly and without any fuss—she is a real asset to the hotel. The lovely Easter decorations around the hotel were a nice touch too. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and would 100% recommend to others.

Great location as only a short walk to main square, castle and lots of restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable - quiet and have everything you need. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from and we enjoyed a drink/cuppa in the bar lounge area after a long day of exploring this lovely city. The staff could not have been more accommodating and allowed us to have a late checkout on the last day (2pm) to accommodate a return from an early morning tour. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area that would be great in the summer but we benefitted from the cosy indoors as temperatures were cooler when we visited. A lovely hotel. I’d definitely recommended and will use it again when I next visit.

“Amazing locus for Krakow”

This location is ideal. On the street that basically seperates the Jewish quarters to the old town. The staff were very friendly. Late checkout time of 1200 which was great for us as we had a later flight. They do have a secure locked luggage storage to. The room had all the amenities you'd expect its listed as a 3 star hotel but I'd certainly say it was better than that. Breakfast was decent enough selection for all types of diets. There is a bar and restaurant serves food till 2200 which came in handy for us. Only things we didn't like the hotel was very hot even though weather was good it wasnt hot weather, the air con was really bad and you only have a small window opening. Because its an economical hotel you couldn't even leave air con running to try and chill the room we kept it on first night it made no difference so basically had the window open our entire stay and it still wasn't enough. Reception said they'd make a note so perhaps the air con needed servicing or something. The hotel had a nice bar and outside area to sit we made use of this a lot after trips. Thanks Leonardo I'd definitely stay again.
