“Amazingly modern ”
Stayed for just a night very contemporary and well appointed with a smart tv .. Good restaurant on site for dinner great breakfast Friendly staff but English speaking is minimal Located near downtown comfy beds tea coffee kettle and mini bar in room Posh and must stay on kostroma

Stunning location on the banks of the Volga. I was able to walk on the frozen Volga to the Ipaty Monastery-admirng the hardy ice fishermen en route.
