“Provincial gem”
Provincial hotels can be a bit of a hit and miss in Russia. There are some real dives out there, but every once and a while you trip across a real gem. I did not expect it from such a small city as Tula, but this hotel made a great impression on me. We were dinning in the restaurant Turgenev on 20/02/2019.
