“It's 4 stars for Rostov, but 2-3 stars for all others cities”
I've been to Rostov several times and I think that hotel "Boyarskiy dvor" is the best quality for their price that you can find in this town. Hotel located near Kremlin (20 seconds walk). There is a parking near hotel that costs 200 rubles (about 7$) per day on weekends. Breakfast is poor but tasty… more
