“Lovely stay ruined by check out experience”
The room, housekeeping and restaurant meals and location was fantastic. However, reception experience during checkout was below expected. Attitude of one receptionist was unacceptable, I had to really bite my tongue so I don’t argue with him. Deeply disappointed
