The hotel us nice and clean in nice location .The staff are very nice and very friendly . The only negative thing is house keeping is low quality ypu have to ask the to put things in the room .nice location

Room service superb and the staff can sort out any request. The area is highly conservative and the staff were exceptional in their support and help for western women and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe and secure.

“Clean and comfortable ”

I had one night at Boudl during November 2015. It was clean , friendly staff , good location. Good facilities, free parking and internet but the speed of their connection needs improvement. Not so nice when it comes to food. Their are restaurants all over the city.

Al Majmaah has only limited quality hotels, so Boudl is worth considering. I stayed here for five nights on a business trip in February 2016. The hotel is well located, reasonably modern and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The service was very good, prompt and courteous, and was probably the best thing about my stay. The room was a little apartment, with a spacious sitting room, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and induction cooktop, and a smaller bedroom. Full amenities (soap, shampoo, razor etc) and slippers were provided, and there were two large flat screen TVs, although only one English language channel (BBC). There was free wifi in the room and in public spaces, and it was for the most part reliable, although very weak in the bedroom. The hotel's good points were undermined by some real negatives, however. The building itself is poorly constructed. The rooms had substantial noise from the street and from the corridor because of thin walls, doors and no double-glazing. There were no electrical outlets near any of the tables or desks, so I had to run my laptop on the battery all the time. The hot water took 7 minutes to reach the bathroom and the shower flooded the floor to a depth of at least 1.5 cms because the shower floor sloped away from the drain. Maintenance was spotty: problems with my lamps were reported but not fixed. The worst part is the catering, however. Although there is room service and a dining room, the menu is limited to sweets, drinks and a few sandwiches in addition to a choice of two breakfasts (oriental and continental). The food, apart from breakfast, was dreadful -- e.g. cream cheese on hot dog bun. If you stay here, either send out for fast food or dine with friends!

The property is well placed in the town at a little bogusly priced with fairly good number of inventories. The reception and FOM were very adamant to consider any special privilege for me and family despite being member on board of a major travel brand since 1976. They put across this In a very impolite manner. I always felt Egyptians do not usually render good customer service. The rooms and the amnities are very good and corridor lighting are to the par. However, they've missed out quite a few little things that makes a huge difference. Room: spring mattress is good enough, but the pillows aren't comfortable at all, 4 big pillows are of the same size. NO PEOPER SLEEPING LIFHTING IN THE ROOM this is profusely inconvenient especially when you've children. even smart lights could've been a great move. Very congested washroom, shower cubicle is crammed. Health faucet doesn't have hot/cool selector therefore the water was too hot to use. Inadequate number of wall sockets, one socket at the reading table doesn't work, reading table should've had a lamp. Very poor aircomditioning, seems warrants service. Parking basement doesn't have adequate camera surveillance. No shower at the pool, I seriously suspect about the relevance for hygiene, no pool towels. It should've been a warm pool especially as it's on the basement. Very carelessly installed play room. The slide installed there too unscientific, the stairs are too upright and the slide doesn't have a soft surface at the landing and it's quite raised from the plastic floor. My daughter (2 years) banged her head on the floor and plunged from the stairs and its steps are too narrow.
