“Best customer service”
Wai Loon is the best executive i have seen. He is proacitve, cheerful, polite and attendative. Whenever i put my requests of the room. He always give me the best one and this really make my day bright. Judos to Wai Loon!

“Just ok”
Stued in a room with no window. Was ok with this. Shame the bathroom has no way of keeping the shower water from spraying everywhere. The hotel was noisy and I didn’t sleep well. Lost of bags as doors close , chairs scrap. Not very clean. A shame as it could be great. The staff said the on… more
