The Reception Team deserves the highest praise for ensuring we had absolutely no worries throughout our stay, constantly checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication gave us complete peace of mind. The Resident Manager also went above and beyond, making our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable. Guided us to affordable yet delicious local food spots, shared insider tips, and despite busy schedules, took the time to spend with us. Their attentiveness and genuine care made us feel valued. Meeting the Executive Manager and his team added another layer of warmth and hospitality. Housekeeping was equally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Facilities: The room was beautiful, fragrant, and spotless. The rooftop pool was spacious and inviting, the gym was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was a huge advantage since we could cook anytime. The laundry room being available 24/7 was another convenience that made our stay even better. Location: Situated right in Orchard Central, the property is in one of Singapore’s most famous areas. It’s surrounded by countless attractions, shopping centers, and dining options, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. Overall Experience: Lanson Place Winsland Singapore truly exceeded our expectations. With the exceptional hospitality of the Resident Manager, the Reception Team, Housekeeping, and the entire staff, combined with excellent facilities and a prime location, our stay was nothing short of memorable. If you are looking for a hotel that feels more like a home during your holiday in Singapore, this is undoubtedly the choice for you. From the moment I entered the reception, I was greeted with such warmth by the staff, who personally escorted me to my room. The room felt much more like a private apartment than a standard hotel suite, being incredibly spacious and featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, and even a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom was luxurious, and the bedroom offered an exceptionally comfortable king-size bed, along with a high-quality hairdryer and an easy-to-use safe. The kitchen was large enough to cook comfortably and enjoy meals at the dining table. Furthermore, the heavy curtains allowed for a deep and restful sleep by perfectly shading the lovely views. The entire property feels remarkably fresh and inviting, with excellent facilities throughout. On the rooftop, there is a large and welcoming swimming pool with open views of the city, alongside a well-maintained jacuzzi. Regarding the location, it was truly superb, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere while remaining right next to the vibrant Orchard Road and its many shopping centres. Everything is within easy reach, and for destinations further afield, the transport links are outstanding. I took a direct bus from right outside the hotel to Sentosa Island, and there is even a direct bus to the airport. I personally enjoyed walking from the hotel to Marina Bay and Chinatown, as the stroll itself is very pleasant and takes you through the beautiful Fort Canning Park. For breakfast, I highly recommend visiting the nearby Killiney Kopitiam to try the incredible sweet-and-savory Singaporean toast, which is uniquely delicious and comforting. The cafe also offers a variety of other local drinks and dishes, though do remember to bring cash. Along the same street, Killiney Road, you will find several excellent cafes and a large supermarket, which is perfect for stocking up on supplies for the kitchen in your room. Choosing this hotel is far more luxurious and cost-effective than staying in a cramped or impersonal room. There is nothing more refreshing than being able to wash your clothes easily, especially given the famous Singaporean humidity. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff truly went out of their way to assist with any questions. I would be delighted to return!
