A family vacation for six people in a family apartment. The hotel offers a wide range of rooms, from small rooms to penthouses. We stayed in a family apartment and additionally had one extra room, which was exactly what our family of six needed. The hotel has an excellent location with beautiful views. It is located directly on the ski slope and offers a large number of parking spaces. There are two restaurants – an à la carte restaurant and a buffet. The hotel also features a ski rental, a barber (hair salon), and small shops with sports equipment. I must praise the beautiful design of the hotel, including the reception area, rooms, and common spaces. It is clear that no expense was spared. The staff and hotel management were very friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is new, only one year since opening – highly recommended.

My partner (now fiancée) and I booked this luxurious spa retreat to celebrate our 10-year anniversary—and it became the site of the best surprise engagement we could ever imagine. From the moment we arrived, every detail was perfect. The staff, especially Sara, Andrea, Viktor, and Michaela, made us feel completely at home. The cleanliness was flawless.The spa facilities were phenomenal. They were beyond helpful, arranging activities, giving great recommendations on what to explore, and even helping with flowers and preparing the room for the proposal. Their kindness and genuine excitement for our special moment made an unforgettable difference. The atmosphere was full of warmth, and it truly felt like we were part of a family rather than just guests. The entire experience exceeded our highest expectations, turning an anniversary trip into a memory we’ll cherish forever. If you’re searching for a hotel where your happiness honestly matters and the staff will go above and beyond to create magical moments, this is the place to stay. The hotel was very good in general with a good standard of amenities, a little bit isolated in its position within JASNA . On the negative side during my stay I had my personal ski equipment stolen from the hotels ski boot room storage and the customer service I received was very poor and not considerate to my situation. Disappointing as it was a nice hotel but this experience is what I will remember from this trip.

Stayed eight days here. The positives are obvious: large rooms, true ski-in ski-out access, and a strong location in one of Slovakia’s main ski areas. However, room size feels like a minimum standard for a hotel carrying the Swissôtel name and charging premium rates rather than a differentiating strength. The hotel also operates as a major regional winter sports hub, drawing a steady flow of skiers from across Central and Eastern Europe. This creates a lively, international ski atmosphere but also contributes to a persistent sense of density and constant activity. The dominant downside is noise and crowding. The huge open reception area acts like an echo chamber with very limited acoustic insulation. Voices, luggage, children running, and general movement create continuous background noise that spreads well beyond the lobby and makes the property feel busy almost all the time. Common areas rarely feel calm. Children yelling and running are frequent, and shared spaces often feel hectic rather than relaxing. The overall vibe leans more toward a busy transit hotel than a quiet alpine retreat. The spa was the biggest disappointment. During busy hours it felt chaotic, with rules loosely followed and little sense of control. The experience resembled a public leisure pool far more than a premium wellness space, making relaxation difficult. Service is efficient but impersonal. Staff do their job and communicate well in English, yet interactions feel procedural rather than welcoming — again falling short of what you might expect at this price level. Overall: convenient and practical for skiing, but the premium positioning raises expectations the hotel doesn’t consistently meet. A good base for slope access, yet not the place for quiet, atmosphere, or a truly relaxing spa experience.
