The hotel room is smaller, cozy, only a very soft bed, no balcony. Hotel beautiful, clean, restaurant and wellnes nice. The area around the hotel is landscaped and net. The hotel staff is kind, helpful and always smiling. The visit was definitely beneficial :-)

“Feels like home”

Incredibly friendly staff and a very nice and feel-like-home service. Food tastes good, but I remember it even better some 10-15 years ago, with more diversity, but it still tastes good, just not up there as before. Everything else is really top notch!

Very, very average, Definatelly not 4*. It is supposed to be one of the best hotels within SPA resorts, but it is far from it. One part of the hotel (there are 2 connected hotels, one for those with medical treatments) was closed - rooms probably not but the restoran, bar and the reception was closed. So all guest were at the restoran in Radin hotel and it was unbearable. Too much people, too crowded. Food very average. The restoran was like as you stepped in the 80's. Should be renovated. As the whole hotel should be. The entry and the reception very dark - I felt as I was walking into the cave. The bar at the reception very small - it had some tables outside, but directlj on the parking. Not very inviting. The surroundings looked abandoned and not taken very much care. There is a beautiful park nearby but not taken care of and full of old houses almost in ruines. Not very pleasant sight. I don't know if the hotel has the ownership or the community does, but this is really a shame. The room was small and also we could't open windows during the day as there were so many bugs outthere on the windows that was almost disgusting. Yes, I know it was this time of the year but I have never seen so many bugs whenever and whereever I was. They should do something about that. We didn't use medical services or pool, so I don't know how good they are. There are also many shops in the hotel but opened only in the morning and all the same. Nothing special. But you get a special glass in the room and you can drink the mineral water from the spring whenever you like and how much do you like. This is relly nice touch. Overall I was very dissapointed. I would never go there again even for medical treatment.

This was my second stay at that hotel. Last year it was business and i stayed at newly renovated rooms. I was basically just sleeping there so i didnt really care about anything. This year i took my family with me. Old rooms, needed to be updated more than 15 years ago already. I didnt make a drama because we stayed just for few days. Certainly not worth such amount of money per day.. Room service could be better. Although room was very nice and clean when we arrived, they somehow in next days forgot to replace dirty towels and put new bag in bin, add missing toilet paper.. but they did make up the beds. Not too much of an issue, but annoying. Reception personell is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately i cannot say that for their waiters (not all of them luckilly). They ignore you at their Stil bar for 15 mins, while you are alone in a bar (waiter saw me without doubt). When more people came in he served them first.. i got up and left the bar. I have never experienced that before anywhere and it was quite unpleasant. Things are even worse in dining room. Some waiters and even chefs are very rude and not cooperative at all. They say they cant provide coffee or some juice, but other guests have it on table next to us. Can you understand? One waiter will provide everything (older gentleman, local guy i believe) without problem with a smile on a face. While other will make everything not possible. You want to order something and they look at you and are asking like "you serious?" and then it tooks forever to get drinks on a table. Or they even come when you are clearly already finished with dinner/lunch and then they are surprised that you say "thanks, we are already finished, youre too late". Everyone has a bad day, but keep it personal. Chef/cook was even arguing and cursing infront of us :) Food is nice, cant complain really. Pools are ok. Properties around the hotel could be renovated it is a shame that this kind of history is falling apart. I will be back soon for business (mainly because halfboard and closeness of business), with family never again. Its not bad, but not great either.
