“An idyllic retreat surrounded by beauty.”
We absolutely loved this place! Beautifully situated in total peace and tranquillity surrounded by cork and sweet chestnut trees. Ideal to get away from it all but also near some beautiful villages and the town of Aracena which is vibrant and has a wonderful castle. Great for hiking or just relaxin… more

“Just perfect”
This is a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting the Aracena. Comfortable spacious rooms, glorious views, exceptional cooking from Alex. We’ll definitely go back. Thank you Christina, Alex and Maria. And of course Lily the cat who kept us amused.

“Fabulous, don’t miss this hotel”
I have just spent the weekend here with friends from Portugal. What a delight and the owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The area is peaceful with great walks and the air is fresh after the plains of Seville. Alajar has a charm of its own.
