“Lacks customer service”
My husband, son and I had two rooms here in late August. Finding the entrance is a challenge! But once accomplished, check in was smooth. “Beautiful and historic location but lacking in service”
The place was ideally situated, beautiful surroundings, had comfortable beds and was very clean. The rooms are charmingly named after different nuns.
