“A memorable stay in San Sebastian”
We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is unique in San Sebastian, on the top of hill in a converted convent. “Great location great staff”
Great location especially with the “secret” lift. We had a suite so had two separate areas which was great when traveling with a teenager. Staff made it perfect very personably and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

“5 star service at 4 star prices”
All staff in every area couldn’t do enough to help. We have one observation in the dining room in the evening, there are two many lights left on and so it lacks intimacy and ambiance, however the food and staff are excellent. “An enjoyable stay”
Enjoyed the views from our room, the helpful staff and the top notch spa. The restaurant was a bit soulless though and the floor in our room was springy.
